In my video Letting Go, I discussed how unforgiveness can cause health issues. Many times we need self forgiveness as well because we are constantly blaming ourselves for our current state. Carrying blame and shame will always lead to depression and anxiety.  There is no medical cure for it. There is no drug that can truly suppress it. IT MUST BE DEALT WITH IN ORDER FOR IT TO END.

More Americans than ever before are stressed, depressed and anxiety-ridden, and many are unable to get the help they need, a new study suggests.

An estimated 8.3 million American adults — about 3.4 percent of the U.S. population — suffer from serious psychological distress, an evaluation of federal health data concluded. Previous estimates put the number of Americans suffering from serious psychological distress at 3 percent or less, the researchers said.

  1. I was watching the “Goodfather” video from you all. I heard G. Craig say that there was 28 babies born last year to the congregation. I am requesting prayer for my husband and I to have a child, if it’s God’s will. My husband doesnt have any children. I have 2 from a previous relationship. He really wants a child.
